This is the start of some static blogging. I didn't want to use something like hugo to maintain a static, site, but rather write all of the html myself. Yet, I still wanted indexing, so I've written a little perl script to index all of the pages to make discovery easier.
I considered RSS, but that wasn't invented until 1999, which is a little later than my initial introduction to writing homepages etc (1994).
